Every listing sets a cancellation policy that is shown on its page and at checkout, and is saved with your booking so it cannot change afterwards.
- Free cancellation window — cancel at least the stated number of days before the service date for a full refund of the amount paid.
- Partial refund window — cancel within the partial window to receive the stated percentage.
- No refund — cancellations after that window, or no-shows, are not refundable.
The refund amount is calculated automatically when you cancel from your account.
