CamNorteStay is an online marketplace. We connect travellers with independent accommodation, activity, tour and transportation providers ("Partners") in Camarines Norte. Services are provided by the Partners, not by CamNorteStay. A business is shown as a Verified Partner only after its documents have been reviewed and approved on this platform.
1. Using the platform
By creating an account or making a booking you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Bookings
A booking is a contract between you and the Partner providing the service. CamNorteStay facilitates the booking, records payments made through the platform, and remits the Partner's share after deducting the platform commission.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in Philippine Peso (₱) and include the breakdown shown at checkout. A booking is only marked as paid once payment has actually been received and verified.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Each listing has its own cancellation policy shown before you book. See the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy pages.
5. Reviews
Only guests with a completed booking can review a listing. Reviews must be honest and must not contain offensive or unlawful content.
6. Liability
Partners are responsible for the services they deliver, including safety, permits and accreditation. CamNorteStay is not liable for acts or omissions of Partners, to the extent permitted by law.
