Booking
Search for a stay, activity, transport or package, choose your date and number of guests, review the price breakdown and confirm. You will receive a booking reference immediately.
Some listings confirm instantly. Others are confirmed by the partner, usually within 48 hours. You will be notified by email and in your account.
Show the QR code from your booking page. The partner scans it to verify your booking.
Cancellations
Yes. Open the booking in your account and choose Cancel. The refund is calculated automatically from the cancellation policy shown when you booked.
General
No. CamNorteStay is a marketplace. Services are provided by independent local partners. Look for the Verified Partner badge.
Partners
Go to Become a Partner, submit your business details and documents, and our team will review your application.
Payments
Available methods are shown at checkout (bank transfer, GCash reference, or pay at the establishment). Your booking is marked paid only after the payment is verified.
