CamNorteStay is an online marketplace. We connect travellers with independent accommodation, activity, tour and transportation providers ("Partners") in Camarines Norte. Services are provided by the Partners, not by CamNorteStay. A business is shown as a Verified Partner only after its documents have been reviewed and approved on this platform.
Listing requirements
Partners must hold the permits required to operate (business permit, DTI/SEC registration, and DOT accreditation where applicable) and must keep listing information, prices and availability accurate.
Commission
CamNorteStay deducts a platform commission from each booking made through the platform. The current rate is shown in your partner dashboard and is fixed on each booking at the time it is made.
Payouts
Payments collected by the platform are remitted to the Partner after the commission is deducted, to the bank or e-wallet account on file. For bookings paid directly to the Partner (pay at establishment), the commission is deducted from the Partner's next payout.
Approval and suspension
Listings are published only after administrator approval. CamNorteStay may suspend listings for inaccurate information, repeated cancellations, or guest safety concerns.
